Job Description

Location: Vermont New Hampshire and Maine (Preferably Southern NH Manchester Nashua Portsmouth or Portland ME)
Job Type:
FullTime
Compensation: $
75000 base salary OTE of $200K (Quota: $2M) equity/stock incentives profitsharing bonus and comprehensive benefits package (including 401K with matching).

Position Summary:

Unity Works Talent is conducting a search on behalf of our client for a highenergy resultsdriven Area Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across Northern New England (Vermont New Hampshire and Maine). This role presents an exciting opportunity to represent an industryleading portfolio of medical aesthetic and capital equipment products engage with top professionals and drive revenue growth in a competitive market.

The ideal candidate is a proven sales performer with capital equipment experience strong prospecting abilities and a consultative sales approach. This position requires extensive travel within the assigned territory and is best suited for a candidate located in Southern New Hampshire (Manchester Nashua Portsmouth) or Portland Maine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Prospect engage and build relationships with clients through highimpact presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to expand market share and drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Handle postsale customer support ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with Field Service teams and corporate staff to optimize customer experience.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven track record in capital equipment sales with strong sales achievements.
  • Recognition such as Presidents Club Rookie of the Year or other prestigious sales awards preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Science or a related field.
  • Highly selfmotivated resultsdriven and wellorganized with the ability to establish strong relationships quickly.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical solutions in a compelling and easytounderstand manner.
  • Knowledge of Return on Investment (ROI) sales methodology.
  • Experience selling to plastic surgeons and physicians is highly preferred but not required.
  • Customerfocused with strong interpersonal skills to engage professionals at all levels.
  • Extensive travel required within the designated region.
