Resort/ Hotel Specialist
As a Resort/Hotel Specialist you will be responsible for creating unforgettable vacation experiences for travelers by recommending booking and coordinating stays at any resorts worldwide. This business opportunity requires exceptional customer service skills and meticulous attention to detail.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Consultation:** Consult with clients to understand their vacation preferences budget and desired amenities for their resort experience. Provide personalized recommendations based on their interests such as beachfront locations familyfriendly resorts adultsonly retreats or luxury escapes.
2. **Travel Logistics:** Assist clients with travel logistics including transportation arrangements (e.g. flights airport transfers) travel insurance visa requirements and any additional services needed to facilitate a smooth and hasslefree travel experience.
3. **Destination Knowledge:** Stay updated on popular resort destinations worldwide including the Caribbean Mexico Central America and beyond. Provide insights on local attractions excursions and cultural experiences to enhance clients vacation experiences.
**Qualifications:**
Strong knowledge of resort offerings amenities and destinations worldwide.
