job Summary:
The Deputy Manager of Learning & Development (L&D) is responsible for designing delivering and implementing learning strategies and programs that align with the organizations goals. This role involves assessing organizational training needs developing customized learning solutions and promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs assessments through stakeholder meetings performance gap analysis and employee feedback.
- Identify skill gaps and align competency development with business goals.
- Design and implement training programs including leadership development technical skills and soft skills.
- Develop and maintain elearning modules workshops and blended learning solutions.
- Customize learning programs to meet the needs of different business units.
- Facilitate workshops seminars and leadership development sessions.
- Coordinate with external trainers and vendors as required.
- Promote continuous learning through selfpaced tools certifications and peerlearning initiatives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback assessments and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to align L&D strategies with organizational objectives.
- Manage the L&D budget efficiently to ensure costeffectiveness and impact.
- Work with external vendors to select appropriate training resources platforms and tools.
- Oversee and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for accessibility content updates and engagement tracking.
- Track and report employee learning progress and program engagement.
- Stay updated with industry trends emerging learning technologies and best practices in corporate training.
- Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement through gamification microlearning and personalized learning paths.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the organization.
