Job Description
KMS Lighthouse is seeking an R&D Director to lead our research and development initiatives driving innovation and technological advancements within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of industry trends and a passion for developing cuttingedge solutions that enhance our product offerings. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker with extensive experience in managing crossfunctional teams overseeing largescale projects and fostering a culture of creativity and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the global R&D department ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals.
- Develop and implement innovative R&D strategies and initiatives to enhance product development.
- Manage and mentor R&D leaders worldwide fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Collaborate with other departments including product management and customer wing to ensure successful product launches.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Set project timelines budgets and resource allocation ensuring ontime delivery of R&D projects.
- Present research findings and technical insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements :
- Extensive experience in R&D positions with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful product development from concept to market.
- Strong understanding of current technologies and industry trends relevant to our products.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
