Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Occupational Therapist:
Job Responsibilities
- Provide quality occupational therapy as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
- Develop individual care plans and treatment goals for each client.
- Deliver occupational therapy services to inpatients requiring rehabilitation.
- Plan and implement therapy programs for clients with dementia psychiatric conditions musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to review client progress and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Supervise Therapy Assistants (TAs) and volunteers in relevant therapy activities.
- Mentor and supervise Occupational Therapists under conditional registration.
- Conduct training sessions for Therapy Assistants and caregivers to enhance patient care.
- Provide education and training to the team on occupational therapyrelated topics.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives or research projects to enhance therapy outcomes.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Preferably at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Fully registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
- Passion for working with elderly patients particularly those with neurological musculoskeletal or mental health conditions.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 5000 AWS VB (1 Month)
- Working Location: Simei
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
