CDLA Regional Drivers Home Weekly & $1200 Per Week
Were hiring CDLA drivers for regional routes in Texas and the Southwest. Get home every week for a 34hour reset earn $0.54$0.60 CPM based on experience and enjoy steady miles with notouch freight. Rider & Pet Policy available from day one.
What We Offer:
- Home Weekly 34hour reset at home
- Pay: $0.54$0.60 CPM ($1200 per week)
- Miles: 2200 per week (varies by HOS & availability)
- Freight: 100% notouch (5060% drop & hook)
- Routes: Texas Oklahoma Arkansas Mississippi Louisiana and Western Tennessee
- Rider & Pet Policy Bring a passenger or pet from day one
- Equipment: 2021 Freightliner Cascadias & Kenworths
- 24/7 Support Youre never alone on the road
Extra Pay & Bonuses:
- Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour (after 2 hours)
- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day
- Performance Bonus: Earn up to 3 CPM extra
Benefits & Perks:
- Full benefits start after 30 days
- Paid orientation Includes travel and lodging
Requirements:
- Age: 21
- Experience: 3 months recent CDLA (Local OTR or Regional in the last 3 years)
- Equipment: Must have experience with trailers over 40 feet
- Driving Record: No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years (max 2 in the last 12 months)
- Safety Record: No more than 4 incidents in 3 years and no DOT Recordable accidents
- Drug Testing: Must pass hair follicle & urine test
- No SAP drivers
