We are a leading international company specializing in providing exceptional customer service and content moderation. We are expanding our team in multiple sunny locations across Europe and are looking for dedicated motivated and skilled Frenchspeaking individuals to join us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Representative: Provide outstanding service to customers via phone email and chat. Address customer inquiries resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
- Content Moderator: Monitor and review usergenerated content across digital platforms ensuring it complies with company guidelines and community standards. Flag inappropriate content and take action when necessary.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: French (C2 level) and intermediate English (B2 level).
- Problemsolving skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus but not mandatory.
- EU Citizenship or Working VISA
- Willing to Relocate
