Job Description

Location: Universal City CA

Type: 5 months contract on W2

Qualifications:

  • 13 Years & High School Diploma; An entrylevel clerical support position requiring familiarity with data entry and keyboard functions.
  • Passion for data.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and adhoc requests.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Spreadsheet experience.
  • Experience with billing systems/applications
  • Tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to adapt to a quickly changing business environment

Responsibilities:

  • Review Data for deficiencies or errors correct any incompatibilities and check output
  • Compile sort and verify the accuracy of information to prepare source data for entry into billing applications
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete/incorrect entry
  • Support Operations teams with daily tasks. May enter data into formatted or unformatted screens and/or documents.
  • Performs routine data entry functions and assists with simple formatting tasks following established policies.
  • Works under immediate supervision.
