Job Description
Job Title: Production Technician
Location: Ibafo Ogun State.
Compensation: N150000.00 N200000 Monthly Other Benefits
About Company:Our client is an AgroProcessing Company that is involved in the production and processing of organic foods.
Job Summary: The company is looking to hire a Production Technician that will work from the production floor to ensure the operation of essential safety equipment. This individual will be responsible for identifying production malfunctions or failures within the plant/process/equipment and carryout firstline corrections if or where necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and achieve the targeted output daily.
- Maintain quality urease is 0.05 and oil contains 7 % daily.
- Ensure proper cleaning maintenance and setting of the Extruder on a daily basis.
- Monitor and ensure screen change for the Hammar mill.
- Provide timely information regarding requirement of extruder spares.
- Ensure all products are properly indented with label and stickers.
- Take daily production records.
- Ensure that process parameter record is taken on a daily basis.
- Take the measurement of Fg bags on a daily basis.
- Take the measurement of oil and record on a daily basis
- Record and report Machine Setting Chart on a daily basis.
- Ensure to weigh scale calibration
- Ensure Magnet cleaning record is carried out on a daily basis.
- Record the usage of the tools on the production floor on a daily basis.
- Monthly Preventive maintenance record
- Provide lab report record on a daily basis.
- Ensure proper maintenance of GMP in Shop Floor
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Must have ITI in Fitter Trade.
- Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in this field.
- Must have knowledge of Soya Plant Operation and Maintenance.
- Must have knowledge of extruder setting press mill & all machine maintenance.
- Experience working with Lasser aliment thermic boiler compressor and all pump maintenance work.
- Good knowledge of soya plant operation and maintenance.
- Must have functional skills e.g. basic computer skills to work in Word Excel; accounting skills etc.
- Good Communication skills.
- Excellent Customer focus.
- Good ProblemSolving skills.
- Ability to Plan & organize.
- Must be forward thinking. Ability to take Initiative is important
- Must have Self Confidence
- Risk Management skills
