Job Description
We are now recruiting for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to work across Greater Manchester. The Engineer will be part of the maintenance team carrying out planned preventative maintenance fault finding and reactive maintenance.
Duties include:
HVAC Plant and all associated Equipment
Industrial / Commercial Chillers and various split systems
Building management Systems
AHU Plant and associated Equipment
To carry out reactive repair tasks on site plant and equipment similar to the above.
To undertake all duties in a safe tidy and responsible manner in accordance with Health & Safety requirements.
To ensure that spares and materials are used in a costeffective manner.
To carry out other duties as may reasonably be requested from time to time by site management or the client.
To obey client and customer site rules and to maintain a high standard of discipline at all times.
To work as an oncall duty engineer as part of a team rota if required.
To complete site work order documentation to required site standards.
Requirements
Must be a qualified Mechanical/ Air Conditioning: City & Guilds Level 2
Must have a UK driving license with under 6 points.
City & Guilds 2079 F Gas Cat 1
Benefits
Up to 45000 depending on experience.
