About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic Italianspeaking Contact Centre Agents to join our team in Mosta Malta. If you have excellent communication skills enjoy assisting customers and want to be part of a dynamic environment this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls emails and chats in Italian.
- Assist customers with inquiries troubleshooting and servicerelated issues.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up where necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service while meeting performance targets.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian (C1/C2 level) and good command of English (B2 level or higher).
- Previous experience in customer service or a contact centre environment is an advantage.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to customer needs.
- Must be currently residing in Malta and have the right to work.
