Job Description
- Durchfhrung von Prozessanalysen mit internen Kunden
- Erstellung von Dokumentation Testplnen und nderungsantrgen fr neue ITTools
- Implementierung von (neuen) Tools & Prozessen von der Anforderungs bis zur HypercarePhase mit dem Fokus auf SAP(LIMS)
- Untersttzung des 1st und 2nd Level Supports
- Erstellung von Change Requests
Qualifications :
- ITtechnische oder kaufmnnische Berufsausbildung/Studium oder gleichwertige Erfahrung in relevanten Bereichen
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fhigkeit Wissen selbstndig in neuen Situationen anzuwenden
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden und in der Prozessanalyse
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Informationstechnologie (ERPSysteme MS Office KITools) und moderner ITHardware
- Problemlsungsfhigkeiten und proaktiver Ansatz bei der Suche nach Lsungen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
