Job Description
Portico are currently recruiting for an organised and customer focused PT Receptionist to join our team based at a wellknown institution in the West End.
The institution offers business executives the opportunity to purchase a membership and in doing so enjoy the many benefits that they have to offer. This includes a place to work meet host clients and network as well as enjoying training sessions and seminars.
The Receptionist will focus on making sure that everyone visiting this iconic location receives a friendly and attentive welcome. The main duties include meet & greet site show arounds & inductions meeting room management helping VIP clientele & facilitating onsite events training sessions & seminars.
Shift pattern: 24 hours per week between 8am 8pm (am shift: 08:0016:30/ pm shift 11:3020:00) 3 days per week (Tuesday Wednesday & Thursday)
Salary: 18895
Qualifications :
The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and must show good levels of flexibility and adaptability to manage differing client needs. They will be a motivated people person with an ability to build strong and lasting relationships with a variety of clientele.
Customer service experience is required for the role preferably within a corporate setting.
