Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the AMS GTM team and drive the strategy and execution to support the success of the business. This role will be focused on delivering key strategic insights and priority GTM projects that support the GTM. 
 
You will work in concert with the COO & GTM Leaders to develop impactful GTM strategies. This individual should be able to dive deep into solving problems while maintaining a broad perspective. 
 
We are looking for a candidate who is a highly structured strategic thinker problem solver and collaborative team player. The ideal candidate is a selfstarter who can thrive in highgrowth fastpaced environments working across many stakeholders seamlessly.

In this role you will be responsible for 

  • Develop and execute cross functional GTM programs and plans to activate strategic initiatives 

  • Analyze KPIs and track the success of GTM initiatives providing concise summaries and recommendations to management. 

  • Support the AMS sales teams with actionable datadriven insights  

  • Enable critical business decision making by working with crossfunctional stakeholders and crosspollinate learnings. 

  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders foster collaboration and alignment tailoring approaches to their solution needs and opportunities


Qualifications :

We are looking for in this role... 

  •  Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decisionmaking or problemsolving. This may include using AIpowered tools automating workflows analyzing AIdriven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
  • Experience in a GTM strategic planning SaaS sales operations or related role in the SaaS or technology sector preferably with strategy consulting experience. 

  • Strong analytical skills and intellectually curious about data analysis trends and insight generation. Expertise in data visualization and reporting with ability to review and synthesize data and trends to focus the attention of the leadership team  

  • Selfstarter who thrives and can multitask in fastpaced and often ambiguous environments.  

  • Effective communicator able to convey complex ideas in a clear concise manner both verbally and in writing (for exec level review) 

  • Collaborative team player who also knows how to get things done

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of <> plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.

 

 

 

Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
