Your Mission
At Lesaffre Zimbabwes yeast production facility you will be the key technical link between Lesaffres MEA (Middle East & Africa) team and the local site. With limited automation and huge potential for improvement this is the perfect setting to gain handson experience in the full yeast production process.
Optimize production processes (fresh & dry yeast) and utility operations
Implement continuous improvement initiatives in lean manufacturing quality and safety
Provide technical support to local teams and ensure knowledge transfer
Analyze data and develop process improvements
Facilitate communication between Lesaffre Zimbabwe and Lesaffre MEA
Support plant upgrades and automation projects
Qualifications :
Your Profile
Degree in Chemical or Food Engineering (or related field)
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Strong understanding of unitary processes
Basic knowledge of safety standards
Handson approachyou love being on the production floor
Adaptable proactive and a great communicator
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience in a production environment
Knowledge of GMP standards
Data analysis & visualization skills
