Location: Remote (FullTime Independent Contractor)

Our client is a premier carpet cleaning and restoration company based in Springfield MO. They are committed to delivering toptier services to their clients and are looking for a talented and motivated Marketing Generalist to help enhance their marketing efforts and drive business growth.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Generalist who can take charge of marketing initiatives and bring a fresh perspective. This is not just about executing tasks but bringing a strong sense of urgency ownership and innovative ideas to guide the company’s marketing strategies. You’ll be working closely with the owner meeting weekly to provide insights prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude a creative flair for marketing and the ability to optimize inbound marketing efforts including SEO email campaigns and Facebook Ads (Meta).

We are seeking someone who is not only able to execute but also suggest and drive forward new ideas. As they aim to move away from reliance on contractors we want someone who can handle the full range of marketing duties bring fresh marketing concepts and help elevate the company’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive brand visibility inbound leads and customer acquisition.
• Manage and optimize Facebook Ads (Meta) and Google Ads campaigns to enhance business reach.
• Own and enhance local SEO efforts to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Take charge of email marketing campaigns from ideation to execution driving engagement and retention.
• Lead social media strategy including content creation scheduling and platform management.
• Collaborate with the owner weekly to guide tasks present marketing strategies and prioritize business goals.
• Work closely with external contractors for video editing and other specialized tasks as needed while taking ownership of the broader marketing initiatives.
• Bring fresh creative ideas to the table to continuously improve marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Provide insights and strategies to help the company grow through SEO inbound marketing and paid media channels.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a marketing management role with a strong track record of executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
• Handson experience with Facebook Ads (Meta) Google Ads email marketing and local SEO.
• Strong skills in social media management and content creation.
• A creative thinker who can bring a unique and strategic approach to marketing with the ability to manage both highlevel strategies and tactical execution.
• Strong project management skills and experience working independently while ensuring collaboration with the owner and external vendors.
• Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
• Excellent communication analytical and problemsolving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with servicebased businesses or home services industries.
• Familiarity with website management and scheduling tools.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of marketing initiatives while aligning with company goals.
• BONUS has a portfolio or work samples demonstrating expertise in digital marketing paid media campaigns SEO and creative marketing strategies.
