Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our maintenance team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing plumbing systems in our facilities ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with local regulations.
- Install repair and maintain various plumbing systems including water supply drainage and sewage systems
- Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies and provide efficient solutions
- Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to identify and address potential issues
- Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to plan plumbing installations
- Troubleshoot complex plumbing problems and implement effective solutions
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with facility users and staff
- Stay updated on the latest plumbing technologies and best practices
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional plumber
- Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems including installation repair and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building specifications
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform plumbing tasks in various environments
- Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment
- Good communication skills in English or Arabic
- Valid plumbing license or certification (if required in Saudi Arabia)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to respond to emergency calls outside of regular working hours
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations in Jeddah Saudi Arabia
