Job Description & Requirements:
- Analyzing the technical and functional feasibility of new processes which needs to be automated
- Implementing change requirement for RPA Automation for PP Claims Process
- Monitoring and working on solving issues on day to day basis in RPA processes
- Working with Business Analyst and SME for process identification and feasibility analysis
- Monitor performance of robots and automation to identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct process assessments and engineer endtoend process automation leveraging on automation tools
- Collaborate with process owners/SMEs and technology teams on process automation opportunity identification.
- Deliver automated processes in accordance with the established Delivery Methodology
- Develop and implements appropriate quality control and testing procedures troubleshooting and training of automation robots
- Engage with Stakeholders to understand the requirements and create scalable solutions
- Identify and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements
- Create and document test procedures and scenarios for development and testing project phases
- Support the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout project phases
