Role:
ServiceNow is seeking a highly skilled and motivated PreSales Solutions Consultant to join our team focused on the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in driving the growth of the ServiceNow platform through technical expertise collaboration with ISV partners and the ability to ideate solutions. The role involves driving ISV revenue growth leading partners through the process of creating new revenue opportunities and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure technical success. This role requires approximately 25% travel.
 
What you need to be successful in this role:

  • 8 years of PreSales Solution Consulting experience
  • Familiarity with the ISV ecosystem cloudbased applications and enterprise software market trends.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms APIs integrations and software development life cycles. Experience with ServiceNow Salesforce or other enterprise platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Strong facilitation skills to encourage clear articulation of the business issues and effective solution design by the relevant players 
  • Ability to collaborate and interact at multiple levels (Enterprise Architects Technical Architects Offering Managers Directors VPs and CXOs)
  • Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams including sales product and engineering as well as external ISV partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand partner and customer business challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Natively curious and passionate about researching current and emerging technologies and developing innovative solutions
  • Experience in any of the key subject areas with a demonstrated history delivering consulting services across the following:
    • Enterprise Architecture (Strategy Planning Standards)
    • Service Management
    • AI Operations and Cloud Computing
    • DevOps
    • Security and Operations
    • Integrated Risk Management
    • Human Capital Management
    • Financial Management
    • User Experience
    • Customer Engagement and Loyalty
  • Ability to manage change and ambiguity with an actionorientation/drive must thrive in a dynamic environment 
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or similar technical degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications :

 Experience that will help you stand out:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decisionmaking or problemsolving. This may include using AIpowered tools automating workflows analyzing AIdriven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry

  • Experience with the ServiceNow product suite or competitive product suites highly desirable
  • Current ServiceNow certifications (e.g. Certified Application Developer Certified Technical Architect and/or Certified Implementation Specialist)
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g. Microsoft AWS Salesforce).
  • ServiceNow platform development experience
  • Experience developing on competitive platforms software integration APIs or middleware solutions.
  • Experience with product management and working with a partner ecosystem

  • Work closely with ISV partners to understand their products integrations and business needs aligning them with ServiceNow platforms capabilities to cocreate compelling joint solutions.
  • Deliver engaging and customized technical presentations product demos and proofofconcept sessions to ISV partners and customers illustrating the value of joint solutions and the power of the platform.
  • Collaborate with ISV partners and internal teams to architect solutions that leverage the ServiceNow platform ensuring seamless integration and development of unique and differentiated offerings.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of ServiceNow platforms features functionalities and integrations to effectively advise partners on technical requirements and best practices.
  • Work closely with the ISV Partners to address customer inquiries overcome technical challenges and ensure ISV partner solutions are strategically positioned within the broader sales and gotomarket strategy.
  • Advocate for joint solutions with ISV partners through thought leadership participation in webinars industry events and customer workshops.
  • Provide technical and product activation to ISV partners helping them to better understand the ServiceNow platform and how to maximize its capabilities in their own solutions.
  • Collect and relay feedback from customers and ISV partners to product management teams to inform product roadmap decisions and improve partner integrations.
  • Recruit ISV Partners to the ServiceNow platform by developing prototypes and demos to highlight ServiceNows extensive capabilities and rapid timetomarket.
  • Evangelize ServiceNow platform technologies and ISV Partner created solutions throughout the ServiceNow community via inperson events webinars blogs community forums sample widgets and social media.
