We have partnered with a US Software Company on the lookout for an HR Manager. This is a unique opportunity to take a leadership role in shaping the HR function of a dynamic international organization. The HR Manager will be leading and developing the HR function within the organization. This role will oversee all aspects of human resources including talent management employee relations performance development and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR operations and a passion for driving organizational growth through effective people management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the HR team promoting collaboration and professional development.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Work with hiring managers to attract retain and nurture top talent.
  • Improve HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and decisionmaking.
  • Oversee performance management initiatives to support employee growth and organizational success.
  • Develop programs to strengthen employee engagement diversity and inclusion.
  • Support organizational changes and drive HR initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • 7 years of HR experience with a strong emphasis on talent management and organizational development.
  • Advanced English level for communication with native people.
  • Experience leading and developing HR teams.
  • Experience with HR systems and tools.
  • Experience working in a multinational company with remote teams.
  • Excellent communication negotiation problemsolving and organizational skills.
