Job Description
You are an ambassador for the exceptional service that are hallmarks of our food & beverage experience. The lobby bar is sophisticated and stylish and Your warm personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings makes guests feel unique and valued. A Server provides friendly cheerful attentive and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all guests.
What you will be doing:
- Consistently offer a professional friendly greeting and engaging service
- Exhibit sincere hospitality. Go beyond for the guest. Be obsessed with guest satisfaction.
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Understand shiftend reports in the outlet and the Point of Sale System
- Understand all reservation systems and iPad systems for seating charts
- Know all menu items garnishes contents and preparation methods
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions menu items and preparation methods
- Follow brand policies procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Follow hotel time and attendance policy
- Follow grooming and attire guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
Compensation: $13.36 per hour tip eligible position
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience as a Server in high volume food and beverage operation
- Knowledge of beer wine and spirits as well as their preparation and presentation
- Previous point of sale system experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Ability to speak read and write in English
- Ability to work a exible schedule including mornings afternoons nights weekdays weekends and holidays
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
- Constant standing and walking throughout the shift
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
- Occasional kneeling pushing pulling lifting
