Job Description
Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
Location: Onsite NYC or NJ
Salary: $ 7075
Job Type: Fulltime
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team remotely with a preference for candidates based in the NYC or NJ area. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture particularly with the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module. This is a seniorlevel position requiring someone with substantial handson experience in ServiceNow implementation and a strong understanding of risk management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions focusing on the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to define requirements scope and solutions that align with business goals.
- Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise in the deployment of ServiceNows IRM features including Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) IT Risk Management (ITRM) and Audit Management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the solutions are in line with best practices and meet regulatory requirements.
- Develop presentations and reports for senior management clearly communicating complex technical concepts and project statuses.
- Provide consulting support to clients guiding them through the ServiceNow implementation lifecycle from discovery through to deployment.
- Mentor junior team members and assist in developing project deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module.
- Strong implementation experience with ServiceNow platform including GRC ITRM Audit Management and other IRM modules.
- Experience in designing scalable and effective ServiceNow solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
- Strong consulting background with the ability to work with clients to define and deliver successful solutions.
- Experience in developing presentations and presenting complex technical solutions to senior management.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT business and security stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Certifications related to ServiceNow (e.g. Certified ServiceNow System Administrator Certified ServiceNow Application Developer).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
