Job Title: Warehouse Management Solution Consultant
Location: Nutley New Jersey (Hybrid)
Duration: / Term: 07 months Contract

Qualification:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Warehouse Management Solutions and API integration to join our team. The candidate will analyze business processes assess system integration with technology and support the implementation of Manhattan Active Order Management and Warehouse Robotic Systems.
The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in REST API Development Requirements Analysis and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). They should possess strong collaboration skills to work with Supply Chain Operations Warehouse Operations and IT teams.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize warehouse management processes to enhance efficiency and automation.
- Gather document and refine business and functional requirements for warehouse operations.
- Provide subject matter expertise (SME) in Manhattan Active Order Management and Warehouse Robotic Systems (AMRs ASRs Symbiotics).
- Ensure seamless integration between warehouse management solutions and enterprise applications.
- Lead REST API development projects and optimize integration workflows.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Supply Chain Operations Warehouse Operations and IT teams.
- Develop functional design documentation to support warehouse automation initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse and order management functionalities.
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of warehouse automation strategies.
- Drive best practices and innovative solutions for warehouse robotics and APIdriven integrations.
- Engage with multiple teams manage key decisions and provide expertlevel functional and technical recommendations.
- Support testing and validation efforts for new warehouse management implementations.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and functional warehouse roles.
- Strong knowledge of Manhattan Active Order Management Functional Design.
- Advanced proficiency in REST API Development & Integration.
- Experience with Java API for RESTful Web Services (JAXRS).
- Ability to lead business discussions and translate requirements into technical solutions.
