Position: ITAM Software Program Analyst
Location: Washington DC (ONSITE)
Duration: 9 Months Contract
- Bachelors degree in information technology Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 7 years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) with a focus on Software Asset Management (SAM)
- Hands on experience with ServiceNow implementation particularly the ITAM or SAM modules.
- Proficiency in Service Now ITAM/SAM Professional or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of software licensing models.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to lead projects and manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
