Job Description
Outreach & Program Management Skills
5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement outreach management or workforce development programs.
Experience working with government agencies workforce development initiatives or WIOA programs.
Strong ability to engage and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Digital & Technical Knowledge
Experience with Illinois workNet IWDS2.0 WIOA workforce development reporting systems (preferred).
Familiarity with Azure DevOps Google Docs Balsamiq Miro and Confluence for collaboration.
Knowledge of SharePoint 2013 ElasticSearch and registry management tools (preferred).
Training & Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to develop training materials user guides and presentation decks.
Experience conducting workshops training sessions and stakeholder meetings.
Preferred Experience
Experience managing outreach programs for technologydriven platforms.
Marketing or digital engagement experience in government nonprofits or education.
Familiarity with Agile project management processes.
