Job Description
Required Qualifications & Experience
Agile & Project Management Skills
5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
Strong understanding of Scrum Kanban SAFe and Agile SDLC best practices.
Handson experience using Azure DevOps Jira Trello or other Agile management tools.
Proven ability to lead Agile teams resolve conflicts and drive process improvements.
Technical Knowledge
Experience working with teams developing ASP.NET (MVC Web API) C#.NET SQL Server Angular JavaScript and frontend frameworks.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines DevOps and cloudbased deployment strategies.
Understanding of data migration testing methodologies and debugging processes.
Collaboration & Communication
Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with crossfunctional teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with collaboration tools (Google Docs Miro Balsamiq Confluence Slack Microsoft Teams etc.).
Preferred Experience
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) PMIACP or SAFe Agilist Certification (preferred).
Experience with Illinois workNet IWDS2.0 or WIOA workforce development reporting systems.
Exposure to SharePoint 2013 ElasticSearch and registry management tools.
