Title: Data Entry/ Customer Service Representative
Location: Lisle IL (open to remote candidates as well)
Duration: 12 Months
Hours: 7 AM 4 PM CST
Description:
- Plans and oversees enterpriselevel support and service activities for company products and services for a designated client or group of clients.
- Ensures quality service and operational performance within the parameters of program and delivery standards.
- Develops client relationship and understanding of client business and product installations to identify service needs plan service delivery and drive use of proactive service and support mechanisms to reduce client downtime and support costs.
- Acts as single point of client contact to coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalation of technical issues.
- Collaborates with sales and support groups to demonstrate value of support offering to client and identify opportunities for expanded support business.
- Performing assignments that require considerable judgment and initiative.
- Understands implications of work identifies key issues and makes recommendations for solutions.
- Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.
- Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new less obvious solutions.
- Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.
- Determines methods and procedures on new assignments.
Desired skills:
- Strong communication and problem resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Mininum requriements
- Bachelors degree and at least 2 years of customer service experience and/or technical product knowledge experience
- OR
- Masters degree and no experience
- OR
- At least 4 years of customer service experience and/or technical product knowledge experience
