Job Description
As a Coffee Sample Room Specialist youll join the dynamic Quality team within C&T Sourcing. This diverse team thrives on collaboration and growth and youll play an essential role in ensuring our coffees meet the highest quality standards. Your ability to work independently and with others will be key as you will contribute to both the technical and interpersonal aspects of the role.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Preparing coffee samples for daily tastings from unpacking and weighing to roasting and brewing.
Releasing or rejecting tested coffee in SAP.
Maintaining lab hygiene standards and ensuring proper use of equipment.
Communicating with logistics partners and suppliers on sample management and releases.
Coordinating sample shipments to external labs and keeping records.

Qualifications :
We are looking for a proactive flexible team player who can handle varying workloads with ease. While experience in MS Excel and SAP is a plus we focus on the bigger picture.
Key traits we value include:
Fluency in Dutch and English.
Experience with MS Excel.
Attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
A passion for coffee.
