Job Title: Reclamation Foreman

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Reclamation Foreman to oversee and manage land restoration activities on construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating reclamation crews ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and restoring disturbed land to its natural or designated state. This role requires handson leadership knowledge of erosion control revegetation and land grading techniques as well as a strong commitment to safety and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
- Guide the heavy equipment operators on their duties
- Determine the best pipeline routes
- Guide the pipe fitter crew
- Inspection of the dredge pipe for leakages and kinks on a daily basis
- Ensuring materials such as pipes bolts nuts and gaskets are available when required
- Daily reporting of activities to dredging supervisor
- Work together with the survey team to ensure the materials are deposited in the correct areas
- Oversee the safety standard is maintained on the reclamation site
Requirements
- At least 5years experience as reclamation foreman for a reputable dredging company
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge capability and competence in technical and operational aspects of dredging
- Should be able to swim
- Good command of English Language
- Good writing skills
