Job Description
Senior Project Estimator
Location: CT
Salary: $80K $120K (DOE)
Schedule: Fulltime onsite (No remote option)
- Develop accurate and timely project estimates for public and private sector projects
- Analyze cost data project drawings and specifications
- Identify alternative solutions to improve bid competitiveness
- Lead bid review meetings with senior management
- Coordinate with subcontractors vendors and clients to refine pricing strategies
- Present bid information to field operations for successful project execution
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field
- 8 years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction
- Proficiency in HCSS HeavyBid AGTEK Takeoff Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of construction principles equipment and agency requirements
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
