As Financial Controller you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial success of one of London s most exciting properties. This is not just another finance role you ll be a strategic leader working alongside senior management to shape financial strategy drive business growth and ensure a bestinclass guest experience. You will oversee financial operations prepare and analyze management accounts control cash flow and lead budgeting and forecasting processes. Requirements
We are looking for a dynamic and commercially focused finance professional with:
- ACA ACCA or CIMA qualification and a minimum of two years experience in a similar role.
- Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to drive financial strategy and performance.
- Proven experience in financial reporting audits and cost control initiatives.
- Leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and operational teams.
- Experience in business transformation financial analysis and process improvements.
- A creative innovative mindset with the ability to leverage technology for financial efficiencies.
- A passion for hospitality and a genuine interest in working within a highenergy customerfocused industry
