Job Description
Assistant Controller Manufacturing (CPA Required)
Location: Sterling MA (Hybrid)
Salary: $120K $145K Benefits (401k match pension medical PTO education reimbursement wellness programs)
Jasurda Group seeks an Assistant Controller for a leading manufacturer of electrical power components serving diverse industries. This role oversees accounting operations financial reporting internal controls and the close process while leading the accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthend quarterend and yearend close processes
- Prepare/review journal entries reconciliations and financial statements
- Develop and enforce internal controls and compliance with GAAP
- Drive process improvements and efficiency in accounting operations
- Supervise and develop the accounting team
- Assist with audits tax filings and regulatory reporting
Requirements:
- Active CPA license & manufacturing experience required
- Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP proficiency
- Bachelors in Accounting Finance or related field
