Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Interior Styling:
Curate and style spaces to reflect luxury comfort and functionality aligning with the brands aesthetic vision.
Incorporate thoughtful design elements such as decor lighting and furniture to create cohesive environments.
2. Floral Styling:
Conceptualize and execute floral arrangements to elevate interiors and create unique atmospheres.
Ensure floral displays complement the overall design theme.
3. Artwork and Accessories:
Select and arrange artwork and decorative pieces to enhance spaces and add personality to interiors.
Source and maintain a library of art and decor suppliers.
4. Space Planning:
Optimize layouts for aesthetics functionality and client requirements.
Collaborate with architects and project managers to ensure seamless integration of design concepts.
5. Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with clients to understand their needs style preferences and expectations.
Present mood boards renderings and sample selections to stakeholders for approval.
6. Trend Analysis:
Stay updated with design trends materials and technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects.
Leverage your hospitality expertise to introduce elements that enhance customer experience and appeal.
7. Project Management:
Oversee styling execution to ensure timely delivery and adherence to design standards.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and furnishings.
