Key Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership:
- Establish and champion the artistic vision for Asym ensuring it aligns with client objectives and industry trends.
- Lead and mentor a team of art directors designers motion graphic artists and visualizers fostering a culture of creativity collaboration and excellence.
- Oversee the conceptualization and execution of visual elements across various mediums including digital print video and experiential.
- Provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback to the team ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and originality.
Client Collaboration:
- Partner with clients to understand their brand target audience and goals.
- Present creative concepts and strategies to clients effectively communicating the rationale and value of the proposed solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
Team Development:
- Mentor and develop the creative team providing guidance support and opportunities for growth.
- Identify and nurture talent fostering a positive and inspiring work environment.
- Stay abreast of AI design trends technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 yrs of experience across Digital Video and Print. Minimum 7 yrs. agency experience.
- Should have at least 3 yrs of experience managing a 10 creative team.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of creativity originality and execution across various mediums.
- Strong understanding of design principles typography color theory and visual communication.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
- Strong creative ideation skills ability to crack and execute large scale crossmedia campaigns is a must.
- Solid creative team management and development skills are essential. Should be a natural mentor culturebuilder and orgdriven person.
- Client presentation skills are a big plus with a proven ability to win business from existing and new clients.
