Ensure the materials are stored in optimal conditions to prevent damage or deterioration and are available for production when required. |

2. SAP Management: |

Utilize SAP for managing material requisitioning inventory control stock updates and procurement processes. |
Ensure the accuracy of material stock records and perform regular inventory reconciliations within the SAP system to ensure no discrepancies. |
Manage material movements including inbound and outbound transactions through SAP to track materials and finished products. |
Generate reports on material usage stock levels and consumption patterns to assist in forecasting and replenishment planning. |

3. Costing and Budgeting: |

Monitor and control the material costing for the foundry ensuring the cost model aligns with company budgets. |
Analyze material consumption rates costs and suppliers to identify opportunities for cost optimization. |
Collaborate with the finance team to track and report on material cost performance adjusting procurement strategies to stay within budget. |
Work with procurement to evaluate and source materials from costeffective suppliers ensuring high quality and timely delivery. |

4. Documentation and Compliance: |

Ensure that all incoming and outgoing materials are accurately documented including delivery receipts quality certificates and material test reports. |
Maintain accurate records of all material transactions including usage requisitions and stock movements. |
Ensure proper documentation for all supplier agreements purchase orders and material receipts. |
Comply with regulatory and quality standards ensuring all materials meet safety environmental and industryspecific requirements. |

5. Job Worker Coordination: |

Oversee the work of job workers in the foundry ensuring that materials are used efficiently and production schedules are met. |
Coordinate with job workers to ensure timely supply of materials needed for specific production processes maintaining the flow of work within the plant. |
Monitor the job workers material usage and report discrepancies in consumption to senior management. |
