Job Description
Role: Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET)
Reporting to: Deputy Manager Application/Synthesis
Location: Kheda
This position is designed to provide recent graduates with handson experience in various aspects of resin application processes quality control safety protocols and production optimization. The GET will work closely with experienced engineers and professionals to develop a deep understanding of the industry and contribute to ongoing R&D projects.
Key Deliverables-
Application Process
- Assist in R&D projects focused on the application of resins polymers or monomers for end applications.
- Analyze process data and recommend adjustments to ensure optimal performance.

Quality Control
- Participate in quality control activities including sampling testing and analyzing raw materials intermediates and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.

Safety and Compliance
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in conducting safety audits risk assessments and implementing corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.

Project Support
- Support the planning execution and evaluation of various projects related to process improvement equipment upgrades and new product development.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to achieve project goals.

Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect analyze and interpret data from production processes.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

Technical Documentation
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation including standard operating procedures (SOPs) work instructions and process flow diagrams.

Training and Development
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of resin manufacturing processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
- Strong analytical ability with an outofthebox thinking approach.
- A strong focus on learning and development; must be a voracious learner.
- Good understanding of chemical properties components processes and equipment.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in the chemical industry.
- Proficiency in computers especially for data analysis (e.g. MS Excel).
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Polymer Engineering Chemical Engineering or Paint Technology.
