Job Title: Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer

Summary:
Ensure efficient highquality aircraft production by focusing on configuration control planning tooling sequencing and build methods.
Support manufacturing and assembly operations ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
Resolve production issues related to materials processes and tooling.
Interpret engineering drawings and collaborate with Design Engineering Tooling Quality and Production teams.
Optimize manufacturing processes through detailed planning and documentation.
Identify and resolve production challenges to improve quality and efficiency.
Maintain compliance with HACI standards and update planning documents BOMs and tool orders.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in a technical field with 2 years of aviation experience.
Knowledge of aircraft assembly sequencing and manufacturing flow.
Strong mechanical background in sheet metal (structures) and production processes.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing 5S methodologies and process improvement.
Proficient in SAP CAD CAM CATIA and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings/specifications.
Strong analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.
Desired Skills:
Six Sigma certification.
GD&T training.
Airframe & Powerplant license.
Experience with aircraft interiors.
