Job Description
As a DOC1 Developer person needs to be expert at contributing to different phases of development support and consulting lifecycle. He / she will play an important role in the development testing configuration and deployment of the overall solution. This role involves designing templates on EngageOne suite integrating various enterprise applications building or enhancing Mainframe Cobol and JCL components for pre composing the data streamline communication processes and enhance customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement CCM requirements that align with business objectives and customer experience goals
- Integration of enterprise applications such as upstream AR/Admin Systems Integration layer archival and Mail house services
- Collaborate with all integrated applications for endtoend integration testing. Work with client enterprise solution architect for endtoend solution architecture
- Involve and support all phases of SDLC
- Communicate project status and architectural decisions to various levels of management
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EngageOne or Mainframe solutions
Skills:
- 5 years of relevant experience in EngageOne or DOC1 Product. Should have experience on end to end integration with enterprise applications
- Strong understanding of EngageOne concepts and development
- Strong hands on experience on all EngageOne modules Designer Data Mapping Active Contents Output Queue configurations
- Hands on experience in creating Mainframe Cobol JCL components scheduling jobs on Zeke or ControlM schedulers
- High analytical verbal and written communication skills
