Job Description

Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:


As a Lead Generation Specialist youll play a key role in identifying and qualifying potential leads primarily in the real estate industry. Youll need to demonstrate compassion strong communication and the ability to navigate customer challenges while ensuring a steady flow of highquality leads for the team. We are seeking candidates who embody our core values of genuine curiosity overcommunication energetic attitudes and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify potential clients through outbound calling email campaigns and lead databases.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and document detailed notes in the CRM.
  • Maintain consistent followups and nurture leads to support longterm engagement.
  • Build rapport with clients by demonstrating empathy and understanding of their unique situations especially regarding foreclosures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share lead insights and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • Strong English language ability (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Previous experience in lead generation or outbound sales (real estate experience is a bonus)
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain resilience in highpressure situations
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce or similar)

NicetoHaves:

  • Knowledge of real estate particularly foreclosures or distressed property sales
  • Experience with lead management systems and outbound calling platforms
