Location: Remote (Based in Northern Portugal above Coimbra)

Languages: Fluent in German (C2) Intermediate English

- Fluency in German (C2 level) is essential.
- Intermediate English (B1/B2) for internal communication.
- Must be based in Northern Portugal (above Coimbra) to apply.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Availability to work in rotating shifts.
