Role Overview:
As a Content Moderator you will be responsible for reviewing usergenerated content to ensure it aligns with platform policies. Your role will involve monitoring and evaluating content responding to user appeals and collaborating with colleagues to maintain a positive online environment. Keeping up with emerging trends will also be essential to refining moderation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Review: Assess videos audio comments and links removing any content that violates community guidelines.
- Policy Compliance: Enforce platform rules by monitoring images text and multimedia to ensure adherence.
- User Support: Address user appeals by providing clear explanations for moderation decisions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Work alongside your team to meet industry standards and ensure proper enforcement.
- Trend Analysis: Track and analyze new user behaviors to adapt moderation techniques and enhance online safety.
- Process Improvement: Provide feedback to optimize moderation tools and workflows.
Qualifications:
- C1 proficiency in German
- B2 proficiency in English
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
