Job Description

Job Title: Sponsorship Manager International Conference

Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia

Contract Type: Full time / FixedTerm (5 Months)

Availability: ASAP

Job Purpose

The Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for identifying securing and managing sponsorships and partnerships for the A Leading International Museum Conference. The role will focus on maximizing commercial value by developing sponsorship opportunities negotiating agreements and ensuring effective reporting and delivery of partner benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sponsorship strategy to attract and secure highvalue partnerships for the conference.
  • Identify potential sponsors and strategic partners aligned with the conferences goals and within the guidelines of the client.
  • Lead negotiations and contract agreements with sponsors ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Manage endtoend sponsorship lifecycle including prospecting contracting activation and postevent evaluation.
  • Monitor sponsor deliverables to ensure commitments are met in accordance with agreements.
  • Assist in the smooth progress of approval installation and breakdown phases of any onsite activations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with sponsors ensuring longterm engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing events and content teams to integrate sponsorships effectively within the conference program.
  • Track and report on sponsorship performance providing insights on commercial value and return on investment.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to sponsors on the impact and visibility of their involvement.
  • Support the development of sponsorship materials proposals and presentations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sponsorship sales business development or commercial partnerships preferably in the events culture or museum sectors.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing sponsorships and partnerships.
  • Experience in delivering sponsorship activations and measuring commercial impact.
  • Excellent communication presentation and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced project environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess sponsorship performance and ROI.

  • Knowledge of the cultural museum or education sector is a plus.

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
