Job Description
We are seeking a talented ETL Backend Developer to join our data engineering team. In this role you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining efficient ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes that support our data integration and data warehousing needs. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure data accuracy reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain ETL processes to extract data from various sources transform it according to business requirements and load it into target databases or data warehouses.
Optimize ETL workflows for performance scalability and reliability.
Implement data validation and errorhandling mechanisms to ensure data quality.
Collaborate with data analysts data scientists and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide effective solutions.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of ETL processes data flows and data mappings.
Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs and workflows to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Proven experience in ETL development and backend data integration.
Proficiency with ETL tools (e.g. Informatica Talend SSIS) and programming languages such as SQL Python or Java.
Strong understanding of database concepts and data warehousing.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
