Position Summary:
This role is part of the Product Development department. It contributes to the companys success by being accountable for the processes details timelines and crossdepartmental communication associated with new physical item development and existing product management. The Supervisor supports our vision by driving the systematic development and rollout of new item introductions and is responsible for product testing certifications and working with the Sales Team on resolutions to quality concerns.

- This role participates in our hybrid schedule
- Hybrid Schedule: Monday & Friday; 2 days working remotely. Tuesday Wednesday & Thursday; 3 days working in the headquarters office.
Major Duties Include:
Development & Improvement:
- Coordinates and assists the ongoing development of new physical items for both for FOH Worldwide products from the point of ideation through the costing sampling and introductory rollout phases with the Manager and Sr. Manager overseeing the final process
- Assists with tracking project status setting benchmarks ensuring the team is adhering to deadlines and coordinating with other departments
- Works together with the Product Data Coordinator to trigger new item setup and PO issue within SAP to maintain item data integrity within SAP and to complete validation projects as necessary
- Facilitates planning for rollout of large introductions including sampling needs air freight considerations support for photography and trade shows etc.
- Tracks and receives samples and reviews analyzes with Manager and Sr. Manager and gives detailed feedback to overseas teams on revisions
- Monitors worldwide trends and news regarding regulatory and sustainability requirements
- Drives operational details associated with rolling changes and discontinued items working in tandem with Supply Chain and Visual Display on rollout timing and the removal or change of samples in various global showrooms
Product Testing:
- Follow required testing initiates and/or carriesout testing records and communicates testing for items on path for introduction
- Catalogs testing and certificates supports the Sales Team with requests in the regard and keeps all documents organized and current
- Supports the sales team by completing various surveys forms RFIs etc. when requested
- Assists with updates to the sales team regarding QC concerns delivery dates and product improvement in works with Product Compliance on inventory investigations
Other Duties:
- Records personal daily punches and approves accurate biweekly time and attendance records
- Actively participates in all oneonone and group meetings
- Leads or assists with special projects as needed
- Promotes our FOH Culture in all interactions
Qualifications :
Education Experience & Computer Skills:
- College degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
- Proficient in all Microsoft Applications Excel
- Proficient in all Microsoft Applications Outlook
- Proficient in project management tools Trello
