Job Description
- PT Atlassian Cloud Management
- Act as the primary administrator for the PT Atlassian Cloud instance.
- Manage user access and support tickets.
- Serve as the main communication point between PT colleagues and external support providers.
- Create and manage new Service Desks.
- Perform UDAY checks and Operators SelfChecks.
- Manage approvals through idM.
- Workpath Administration
- Oversee Workpath platform usage for the PT department.
- Perform regular UDAY checks Operators SelfChecks and idM approval processes.
- Miro Administration
- Act as the PT teams Miro admin.
- Approve access requests for new users and coordinate with the Business Development team as needed.
- PT Open Source Partner Support
- Collaborate with the Open Source Officer.
- External User Management
- Onboard and manage external users effectively.
- External Service Provider Management
- External service providers Contract and resource Manage
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Familiarity with Atlassian Cloud Workpath Miro and opensource tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with user management and security compliance processes.
- Experience in platform administration and IT service management.
