Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Assistant with nativelevel Czech language skills to join our team in Lisbon. This role involves supporting and monitoring social media content related to government and political matters ensuring that information is accurate appropriate and communicated effectively. As part of your role you will help maintain content standards manage requests and act as a point of contact with political and government entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and manage essential information for political and governmental content on social media.
- Monitor and review advertisements identifying and addressing inappropriate links or content.
- Troubleshoot and prioritize issues for resolution.
- Handle and organize requests from various stakeholders and partners.
- Facilitate communications with government political and advocacy partners.
- Ensure that relevant accurate content is consistently maintained across platforms.
- Respond to email inquiries with speed empathy and accuracy maintaining high service quality.
- Escalate issues as necessary for further action.
Requirements
- Native Czech proficiency.
- Solid English communication skills.
- Experience in social media management content moderation or similar fields is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail confidentiality and problemsolving abilities.
- Willingness to work a rotational shift schedule.
Work Schedule
- Fulltime 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
- Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 21:00.
- Training: 10 working days 8 hours daily with start times ranging between 08:30 and 09:30 depending on group assignments.
