Roles & Responsibilities:

Consultancy to Application stakeholders in implementing the Governance Security policies and processes in the Applications

Support towards Security and compliance controls with respect to various Bosch/Industry regulations

Develop and enable the team on new regulations/industry standards as senior SME

Understand customer problems and setup relevant process and solutions to overcome the pain areas

Build repository of best practices and case studies from existing use cases to customers

Be a front runner for new customer inquiries and support for setting up the process from the scratch and enable the team to commence the support

Follow the roadmap as aligned with customer unit in completion of Policy implementations and controls in the Applications

Prepare reports and documentation to demonstrate compliance with relevant standards

Conduct training sessions with stakeholders to enhance awareness in the standards/regulations

Ensure the customer KPIs quality and deliverables are metSkills:

Knowhow in IT systems

Experience in Application Management Processes Governance and Policies

Experience in end to end Application Management and Regulatory Compliance framework and methodologies

Experience in coordination with Application stakeholders and consultancy in complying to controls as per organization policies

Overview and Experience in Information Project IT Security and/or IAM and GRC Processes

Work experience with GRC tools will be an added advantage

Good working knowledge in MS office (Excel word and PPT). Knowhow in excel functions (E.g. Pivot table charts lookup functions etc.)

Basic overview and experience in VBA scripts Macros and BI reporting tools will be an added advantage

Professional oral and written communication skills

Knowhow on ITIL service management processes will be an added advantage

Should be a good team player flexible and deadline oriented

Good verbal and written communication in English and German

Qualifications :

Any U.G/P.G Degree
