Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Process/Test Engineer specializing in InCircuit Testing (ICT) to support manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in test fixture ordering program generation finetuning and validation to enhance manufacturing efficiency. The candidate should have a strong background in analog and digital electronics test coverage analysis and ICT machine expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field.
35 years of experience in ICT program development and manufacturing test support.
Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics components.
Handson experience with Teradyne Agilent and SPEA Inline ICT machines.
Familiarity with FPY improvement techniques test coverage optimization and ICT debugging.
Proficiency in Cg/Cgk GRR analysis strain measurement and ESD analysis.
Good understanding of PCB design signal integrity and electrical measurements.
Ability to analyze and improve test strategies for defect detection and fault coverage.
Knowledge of test automation tools and scripting languages (Python LabVIEW etc.) is a plus.
General & Behavioral Skills:

Detailoriented with a focus on quality and process optimization.
Ability to work independently as well as in a crossfunctional team environment.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with engineering and production teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage):
Experience in automotive electronic manufacturing and compliance testing.
Handson experience with Boundary Scan Testing (BST) and Functional Test (FCT).
Knowledge of Industry 4.0 data analytics in testing and AIdriven process optimization.
Qualifications :
Full time Engineering Degree with Electronics and Telecommunication Electrical or Electronics or instrumentation engineering with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
