Job Title: Organizational Development Specialist

Scope of the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Specialist to serve as an expert in organizational structure job design job descriptions and job evaluations. In this role you will provide professional advice and recommendations to various departments on matters related to organizational efficiency job architecture and job assessments. You will work under the direction of the Superintendent of Rewards & HR Policies to design and maintain the organizations structure and job framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain the organizations structure ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Advise on organizational design including reporting relationships job titles and hierarchies.
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify inefficiencies or redundancies and recommend improvements.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational changes and their impact on individual roles.
- Maintain and update job descriptions ensuring consistency and relevancy across all positions.
- Implement job evaluation systems and methodologies to assess job levels and grading.
- Participate in job evaluation review projects provide training and facilitate job evaluation meetings.
- Conduct external benchmarking to ensure the organization stays competitive in job design and compensation.
- Assist with compensation surveys job mapping and the development of job profiles.
- Develop and maintain career ladders for technical and professional roles.
- Collaborate with external consultants on organizational design and job evaluation projects.
- Provide coaching and support to other HR personnel on job design job analysis and evaluations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in organizational development job design and evaluation.
- Skills:
- Deep knowledge of organization structure job analysis and evaluation systems.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage and execute complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Certifications: Preferred but not required.
- Location: This role is based in Jubail Saudi Arabia.
