Summary:
The Senior Manager Global Finance Product is a critical role responsible for developing and maintaining the product roadmap for Integrated Risk across the enterprise. The perfect candidate is bold curious resultsoriented and highly adept at building bridges. You will be responsible for building a multifacted roadmap across the enterprise serving the business strategy across finance legal procurement and other cross functional stakeholders. 

You will execute a governance framework across a complex landscape of stakeholders and critical business functions including audit soc ethics and compliance cyber security cloud security vendor risk and others. You will play a pivotal role in defining the direction and success of the internal adoption usage and leverage of IRM to support company success . Ensure the delivery of exceptional value to key stakeholders through strategic leadership and effective alignment of work with strategic priorities with flawless execution in the following areas:

Lead the development and execution of the internal IRM product strategy ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements prioritize features and create a product roadmap.

Lead governance communication and facilitate collaboration across stakeholders at all level to ensure transparent execution of the roadmap.

Partner closely with the Program Management Change Management Finance stakeholders and Digital Technology (DT) teams to drive product strategy and vision business requirements product planning roadmap and prioritization and product marketing.

Serve as the champion of the business translating business strategy into business case value definition and initial requirements for new products and enhancements.

Identify and reconcile roadmap dependencies and prioritize opportunities to align and codevelop solutions in partnership with technology engineering and UX teams.

Engage in all product development activities including but not limited to product planning requirements refinement tradeoff decisions development of test plans and success criteria and all agile ceremonies.

Support program management change management and internal gotomarket on product marketing strategy change management plan and any enablement and adoption activities (e.g. knowledge article FAQ for Finance case management).

Apply product principles and design thinking to automate processes innovate on the ServiceNow platform and deliver a simplified and highlyintegrated employee experience.

Develop and deliver multimode communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences.

Provide thought leadership on how to enhance product maturity across an organization and support internal training and change management activities.

Qualifications :

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decisionmaking or problemsolving. This may include using AIpowered tools automating workflows analyzing AIdriven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry. 
• Domain experience preferred in one more more: SOC Internal Audit Cyber Security Security Vendor Risk Business Continuity Ethics policies and compliance.
• An experienced product manager adept at working crossfunctionally via the fourinthebox (4ITB) model to build seamless endtoend experiences that deliver value.
• A strategic thinker with a high degree of detail orientation who is capable of defining and driving meaningful outcomes that improve satisfaction deliver key results and elevate adoption/usage.
• A problem solver who is excellent at defining the problem ensuring it is the right problem to solve and then working relentlessly to solve it holistically. Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions
• Collaborative with the ability to motivate teams drive engagement synthesize various opinions/inputs and influence/inspire alignment
• You have a strong history of shipping products that users love with demonstrable success
• You can take in evidence integrate information from multiple sources derive meaning from it and make critical decisions in a fastpaced environment
• You have strong technical knowledge and the ability to work closely with worldclass engineering partners to devise strategies solve for complex system interdependencies and build performant and scalable solutions to serve customerfacing applications.
• Effective communicator able to convey complex ideas in a clear concise manner both verbally and in slides; comfortable in business as well as technical discussions
• Innovative always exploring the art of the possible and dreaming big.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager preferably in the risk management or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of integrated risk management principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) or similar platforms.

Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies and their application in risk management.

Certification in risk management (e.g. CRISC CISM or similar) is a plus.
